Registration
Registration is free and personal to the person named on it. Passes are not transferable.
A student under 18 must be registered by, or with the permission of, a parent, guardian or their school, and must give a parent or guardian's phone number.
We may close registration for any programme once capacity is reached. Competition slots are limited and allotted on a first-come basis.
Exhibits
Exhibit entries are reviewed by the organising team and a place on the Expo floor is confirmed only after we call you back.
Exhibitors keep full ownership of their ideas, code and prototypes. By exhibiting you allow us to display and photograph the project at the Summit and in coverage of it.
Exhibits must be safe to run indoors around children — no open flames, exposed high voltage, or unsecured heavy or fast-moving parts.
Competitions
Teams may build their models in advance and bring them to the arena. Entry fees and prizes, where they apply, will be announced before the Summit.
Judging is on published criteria and the judges' decision is final.
Work must be the students' own. Passing off someone else's project as your own means disqualification.
Code of conduct
Everyone at the Summit — students, teachers, exhibitors, partners and visitors — is expected to be respectful and inclusive.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, damage to other people's exhibits or unsafe behaviour will lead to removal from the venue.
Follow the instructions of the organising team and venue staff at all times, especially in the robotics arena.
Children at the venue
School delegations must be accompanied by a teacher or school representative. Independent student teams under 18 must keep a parent, guardian or teacher reachable on the number given at registration.
Organisers do not act as guardians for unaccompanied children.
Photography & media
The Summit is photographed and filmed. Photo opt-outs for children are honoured — see the Child Data Protection page.
Changes & liability
Programme timings, sessions and speakers may change. We will publish updates on this website.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings, prototypes and equipment at the venue.
