We hold data about children, so we keep this short, plain and honest: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to get it deleted.
The Bengaluru SchoolTech Summit 2026 (Create | Collab | Quest) is organised by CCQ Pvt Ltd and hosted at SEA Group of Institutions, Bengaluru. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean CCQ Pvt Ltd, the data controller for information collected through this website.
Student registration: the student's full name, school, class, email address and a parent or guardian's phone number.
Adult registration: name, age, phone number, email address, occupation and whether you are attending as a parent or a visitor.
Exhibit entries: school name, coordinator name, phone and email; or, for independent teams, the team name, team leader's contact details, member names and the project details you choose to share.
We do not ask for financial information, government ID numbers, health data or any other sensitive personal data through this website.
To issue passes and manage entry on the Summit days.
To contact you about your registration or exhibit entry, including the call back we promise to exhibitors.
To plan capacity, seating, stalls and competition slots.
To send essential updates about the Summit. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with partners or sponsors for their own marketing.
Most of the people registering are school students under 18. That is why a student registration always asks for a parent or guardian's phone number rather than the child's own, and why a parent, guardian or school must give consent before a child is registered.
We collect the minimum needed to admit a student and contact a responsible adult. Children's records are never used for profiling, advertising or automated decision making.

The Summit is photographed and filmed for coverage of the event. If you do not want a child to appear in published photos or video, tell the registration desk on the day and write to us at the address below, and we will exclude them.
Registration and exhibit records are kept for up to 12 months after the Summit so we can handle follow-ups, certificates and results, and are then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@ccq.co.in and we will respond within 30 days. A parent or guardian may make this request on behalf of a child.
Access to registration and exhibit data is restricted to the organising team members who need it to run the Summit. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss or unauthorised access.
